各プレイヤーのアップキープの開始時に、そのプレイヤーは自分の対戦相手であるとともに、自分よりも多くのクリーチャーをコントロールしているプレイヤーを対象として選ぶ。前者のプレイヤーは、自分のライブラリーの一番上のカードを、クリーチャー・カードが公開されるまで公開してもよい。前者のプレイヤーがそうしたなら、そのプレイヤーはそのカードを戦場に出し、これにより公開された他のすべてのカードを自分の墓地に置く。

スーパーグロウなどに弱いというドネイトの弱点を克服する為にドルイドの誓い/Oath of Druidsが採用された。 また、ガイアの祝福/Gaea's Blessingがライブラリーを修復したり、蓄積した知識/Accumulated Knowledgeエンジンを再利用したりとイイ味を出している。
